Refund / Exchange Policy

Mashrique Jewellers offers a 12 days product refund and exchange policy under the conditions listed below. The 12 days period will start after dispatching your order. The delivery normally takes 2-4 days. So you have 8-10 days to file a refund.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a refund or exchange. Your product should meet any of the following conditions.

  • The product is defective when received.
  • The product is damaged when received.
  • The product is wrong when received.

Refund or Exchange Process:

To start a refund or exchange, you can contact us on Whatsapp at 0092 303 6274747. Please note that the product will need to be sent to the following address if approved for a refund or exchange:
Office M7, Shahzada Jewellers Centre, Dr Daud Pota Road, Saddar, Karachi, Sindh, 73300, Pakistan

The product should match the following conditions for a refund or exchange:

  • The product must be in the same condition as you received it.
  • The product must be unused or unworn with original tags and labels attached (If any).
  • The product must be in its original packaging.
  • The person filing a refund must be the same who ordered the product.
  • The client shall bare the shipment charges.

Please note that, items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted. If your country of residence is not Pakistan, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. You can always contact us for any return questions at 0092 303 6274747.

Product not eligible for a refund:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We will only correct it and resend that product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund or Exchange Process:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product to let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • Please note that the original amount of the product will be refunded.
  • Extra charges will not be returned like (Shipping charges, Custom packaging charges etc.)
