Custom Order

Here are step by step details about the process of custom design orders OR made to order products.

First of all you need to send the design or details about the product you want to make and discuss with us about it (Ring size, Stone Colors, etc.). When all discussed and upon agreement on the pricing of that product, you need to confirm the order.

Here are the details for order confirmation:

• You need to send 25-50% advance payment along with the essential details we required about you to confirm the order.
• We will start manufacturing your order once we receive and confirm the advance payment.
• For custom designing, we will show you the draft about that product and do the changes you want before started manufacturing.
• We need 7-10 working days for manufacturing in normal conditions and could take more time under any circumstances. We will update you about the delivery.
• After manufacturing, we will show you the final product for your verification.
• You need to clear the remaining balance before delivery.
• Shipping and packing charges are 500Rs.
